If you want to track your Book(s)'s location then follow your mail we always send a tracking link in your provided Mail Id. From where you can track the location of your Book(s).

Readers can make payments for their Book(s) by Online & offline methods. Yes, we don't have a "Pay on Delivery" service for some books to promote contactless delivery in this Covid time. But after getting a response from our readers, we put the "Pay on Delivery" service in some of our Books. You can pay online for your Book(s) by UPI or Netbanking, it is 100% safe and with 256 bits encryption service. If you are facing any problem regarding online payment, please "Report a problem" in our Mail ID on message/call us on 8509130015.
For the "Pay on Delivery" Book(s) please keep yourself safe while giving money to our Delivery Partner. We care about all of our readers.
In case you have paid the amount but in the "My Order" section it shows "Payment Processing" then wait some time, it will take around 5-10 minutes to confirm your order.
In case you have paid the amount but in the "My Order" section it shows "Payment Failed" then please check your account, whether the amount has been deducted or not. If the amount has been deducted don't panic just call at 8509130015. Our representative will check and definitely help you.
What!!! No, never. We don't charge any hidden charges or Sales Taxes for any of our Book(s). Just Book's Price & it's Delivery charge.
Actually, Our readers can cancel their Book(s)'s Order only before the Book(s) has been shipped. As we used Third-Party Delivery Service we can't cancel any shipment after dispatch happened from our facility. So if you want to cancel your order please do it when it is in "Confirmed Order" or "Order Packed" status.
But if your order has been shipped 1-2 hours before, you can message/call/Mail us for a cancellation request. If the book isn't dispatched yet from our facility, not sure but there is a possibility to cancel your order.
We always try to give our readers Premium Quality Books. On some premium books, publishers don't give much discounts to us, because of paper's quality, ink's quality and other things. That's why some of our Premium Book's price is little high.
We purchase "Bestseller" Books in high quantity, that's why publishers give us more discounts on those particular Books. So, eventually, we can give our Readers "Bestseller" Books at low price.
As our "Courier Partner" can't cover all the pin codes, we can't deliver our books to all the pin codes of India. But if you really want some books please contact us via Call/message/Mail at Bookmartweb@gmail.com & inform your query about book purchase. We will generate a "Secured & 100% Safe" Payment link for your Book(s), if you pay the amount we will send the invoice via Mail. After that, we will send your Book(s) via "Indian Post" (Available Everywhere, so you can get your Book(s)) & Mail you with a tracking link with Tracking ID.
If you are facing a delay in Delivery, please Mail/message/Call us, we will escalate your Order to our Courier Partner(s) so that it can reach you as soon as possible.
(In the time of National Problems, our delivery time can extend for some days from normal.)
Bookmart doesn't have any Return Policy but we have a Replacement Policy that suggests if Readers get Damaged/Wrong product they have to Mail Bookmart at email@example.com with the subject "I want to replace my book of ORDER ID 9900000####". Readers have to attach a photocopy of the received book and mention the problem within 3 days of receiving the book.
After accepting the problem, the book will be replaced within 10-14 days.
No replacements for preloved books.
Actually, Bookmart has some quality checking protocol before dispatching Book(s). But when we dispatch our Book(s) it's all upon our Courier Service, how they will treat with the parcel. We always take some photos of the books, going to dispatch. Sometimes it's our manual fault, sometimes because of our Courier Partners your Book(s) can be damaged. We are really sorry for this.
If the problem comes from our sellers, we will definitely take action on our sellers to provide us that kind of Book(s).
But if you received such kind of Book(s) please create a replacement, if we get the right information of that "Bookmart's" Book we will generate a replacement as soon as possible.
We will suggest you put proper keywords before submitting your search query to get proper search results. We will remove "Out of Stock" Books after some months, that's why maybe that Book(s) is/are not in Bookmart. Please "Request you Book(s)" to us so that we can get information about our reader's demand.
If it is too urgent then please mail us with the #Urgent hashtag, we will try as hard as possible to send you the Book(s).
