We, "bookmart" believe in full customer satisfaction. We accept orders from our official website and from our application. Although Users can also place Order through Mail (User must specify required information of the product US to initiate the process of the order). User must send their E-Mails to Bookmart's Official E-Mail Address provides on our Website. When the Order is Confirmed, the Customer will be notified of the Order Confirmation through E-Mail specified additional information about the order (Order ID, Order Date, etc).
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. But if you have already accepted the shipment, there is always a simple option of an unconditional exchange of any book which you have received. Any book received in damaged condition or even if you do not like the condition of the book you can exchange.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
The Replacement request has to be initiated within a few hours from the time.
Bookmart's Replacement Policy suggests if Readers get Damaged/ Wrong product they have to Mail Bookmart at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject " I want to replace my book of ORDER ID 100000#### ". Readers have to attached photocopy of the received book and mention the problem within 2 days of receiving the book.
After accepting the problem, the book will be replaced within 10-14 days.
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:
If there is no valid reason for replacement.
Replacement request made after the period of 2 days.
